Cesar and Leo were great! The job took longer than expected because of rain and attention to detail.
They sodded about 75% of my lawn and did some stone border work, all very well. Its been 3 weeks and the sod seems to have taken hold and looks marvelous. Cesar also made a nice flower box for the front yard and advised on plants to plant in the box, the flowers took hold and look great.
He fully tested my sprinkler system to make sure the new sod got moisture and helped me determine a watering schedule.
Good work and will use again.

Wow! Beautiful remodeling of a very old bathroom and very sad bedroom. An Phan is awesome, creative and talented. Brought everything to life with fresh white tile and paint, wood paneling, perfect use of space. Made cramp space bright and open. Timely, friendly, professional and great communication. We hired AMF for paint, millwork, and minor electrical of our living room, kitchen, guest bath, and nursery. From estimate to cleanup, they were respectful of our home, efficient with their time, great at communication, and exceeded our expectations in terms of quality. Rod Dean was able to make my home interior dreams come true! I had always wanted a rolling ladder in my library, and he made it happen. The beautiful dining room chairs he custom built for me are perfect in every way and very unique. The complete bathroom remodel that included tearing our walls and putting in vertical columns of glass brick turned out spectacular. Everyone loves it. He custom designed and built a small, very slender 3 legged cabinet to rest against a large mirror and everyone comments on how much they like it and how unusual it is. I love the way he listened to me in terms of the overall look I wanted and how he made it happen. As things went along, and I wanted slight modifications, he was always amenable to my desires. He custom built a copper cover for my "over the stove" extractor fan, and it is shiny and beautiful in every way adding a great deal of visual warmth to my kitchen. As the house was getting finished up, I decided at the last minute to add a very large deck to the back of the house and voila! There it appeared and I love it and use it every day in Southern California. I am very happy that Rod Dean Designs helped me create my own little Shangrl-La!

I had 2 windows that were leaking. I already had 2 people work on this problem who thought they fixed the windows but the windows still leaked. Mr. Aschenbeck called within 3 hrs. after I put in a request. He came the next day. He fixed it. He said it was temporary but could last a few years. It has not leaked. I am so happy.
