The UK International Consumer Centre provides free advice and assistance to consumers that have problems with purchases made from companies based in another country.
We work with partner organisations in various other countries to ensure UK consumers are empowered with the knowledge they need in order to resolve problems with a company. These partnerships enable us to get involved in some instances and make contact with the company on behalf of the consumer. This can be helpful in cases where you have been unable to reach an amicable solution
