It is great search plugin for BuddyPress! Ignore all the bad reviews and ratings. Although it is not updated since 2019 the plugin works perfectly with WordPress 5.7 and BuddyPress 7.2.1 It works great with global search, finding everything in blog posts, pages, users profiles, BP activity stream and everything you sett it for. It even puts the results in tabs, to show where the results are found. I see complains about the HTML structure. The HTML structure is perfect with theme Newspaper. I had to make one only small adjustment for margin. I highly recommend this plugin. Thank you, devs! Great work! Please, for the users piece of mind, update this plugin with new date.

This plugin is great downgrade to built in posts search, it will hardly find any WordPress post, horrible experience. This plugin will find BuddyPress members and some similar things if you know what exactly to search in BuddyPress.

Provides a good ajax search for every post type, and works great. But the search results page form's HTML structure is horrible: it uses br tags everywhere and absolute positioning, and has the serach icon not inside a common div block with the search button, which makes it a pain to fix integration problems with CSS.
