For the free version of a plugin, you can create a support ticket on the WordPress support forum. The paid version of a plugin comes with an admin page where you can find a standard form to contact our support team.

How can I add a new tab?

Find the Product Tabs under WooCommerce menu on the left panel of a WordPress dashboard. Click on Add New and create a new tab.

How many tabs can I create?

There is no limitation on the number of tabs you can create. You can add as many tabs as you need.

Few things to consider while adding a new tab?

Adding a new tab is straightforward. However, you need to consider few important settings like priority of the tab, enable it as the default tab for all products or not, enable it for specific categories and so on.

What is the priority I need to use?

WooCommerce adds 3 tabs Description, Additional Information and Reviews by default. Priority of them is set to 10, 20 and 30 respectively. You can set priority according to default tabs. For example, if you want a custom tab to appear first, you can set priority below 10. Likewise, if you want the custom tab to appear between Description and Additional Information, you can set the priority value 11 to 19. To display any additional tabs after review, you can set the priority higher than 30.
