They repaired our Viking stove and Subzero fridge. I was the last customer of the day for the fridge guy, Mike, and even though it was late he came, did a thorough inspection of the problem and overall health of the fridge, and then proceeded to do a complex set of repairs that took almost 4 hours. I have never-ever--had a service professional as dedicated to doing what was promised as Mike. Two days later, I had Appliance Tech pros take care of a problem with my Viking oven. While this was not quite as 'heroic' an effort, my tech was extremely knowledgable, did a thorough diagnosis and explained his findings to me, then efficiently made the repairs we agreed to.
It is very hard to find great service companies for appliances. My experience with Appliance Tech Pros was top notch, and I very strongly recommend them to anyone else, especially those with high-end appliances like Viking, SubZero, etc.

I have a Kitchen-aide built in commercial refrigerator. The appliance doctor went above and beyond to fix a part on my ice maker that was no longer available. I had a warranty & that company wrote me a check before without even ever opening the doors; â part not available.â The Aplliance Doctor found a part in an old box of used parts. Chris went ABOVE & BEYOND in a day where there is no customer service. Kaitlyn was gracious & accommodating in Customer Service. I received a referral from a friend & I will be recommending...and he Abe already!

Great experience. Scheduling the appointment was seamless. Alex contacted me prior to arrival, and he arrived within the scheduled time frame. He diagnosed the issue in a timely manner, and a new part was needed. After ordering and receiving the new part, Alex returned and installed the part. I highly recommend hiring this company for appliance repair.

called for service and Dave was at my home 40 minutes later. Problem was water inlet valve on refrigerator. Dave replaced part total repair was about an hour. Dave was professional and wore a mask & gloves. Will definitely use again.
