Very long delay (17 secs) when add to cart

I don’t know what happened but after last update,
add to cart and checkout are taking too much time.
4 days I’m trying to fix it.
I’m loosing orders (bacause many people are not waiting around 20 secs to add a product to the cart)
I’m very disappointment
