constant issues, now I’m locked out of my site

I initially installed this plugin because it was suggested by another program that I removed for not working. This thing was giving me errors for everything. It conflicted with some other plugin that I still don't know which one. After two days with support, installing two more plugins they suggested and they even suggesting I upgrade it so they can give me premium support (why would I do that if the plugin never worked properly?) I finally got it to work by configuring it in troubleshooting mode. It interfered with my other plugins which were throwing errors ever since I installed yoast. Now I am getting a Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page. when I tried logging into my wordpress. deleting the plugin didn't fix it, disabling all my plugins didn't fix it. Prior to using this I was using the all in one seo and it gave me no troubles. Worst mistake I ever made installing this tyrant of a plugin.

  • Splits the Image alt attributes assessment into two assessments. The Images assessment checks if the page contains at least one image. The Image Keyphrase assessment checks if the images have alt texts, and if those alt texts contain the keyphrase.
  • Makes the Transition Word assessment not applicable when the text has less than 200 words, as transition words are less relevant for very short texts.
  • Reduces the load time of admin pages, by reducing the number of database queries and optimizing the queries themselves.
  • Improves the performance of large posts in the Block editor, Classic editor and Elementor.
  • Adds error details to the error message if SEO optimization fails for some unforeseen reason.
  • Cleans up indexables for WooCommerce check-out pages from the indexable table, in order to improve performance.
  • Adds post link indexing and term link indexing to the wp yoast index WP-CLI command.
