Arrived for estimate on time. Called next day with very reasonable bid. Showed up Sunday morning (after calling to confirm that was all right with us) with helper and all equipment needed and completed job by 6 PM, hauling off the substantial amount of trash generated and leaving our site looking very nice. Showed up with invoice Monday morning, which I paid by check. Check cleared that afternoon! Expect to hire Coreas again in a year. Absolutely highest recommendation!

Gutters were cleaned completely and debris moved as directed. I didn't talk about adjoining roof debris and it was left so it will wash into newly cleaned gutters but I didn't request it so my fault.

Our project was a fairly large project. We have an ~800 sq ft deck that is off the first floor over a walk out basement. We had to replace the entire structure (joists and decking) and as part of this, a RainEscape water drainage system was incorporated into the deck so the underside was dry and finished off. Mike was very knowledgeable and meticulous on this project. He made sure that everything looked great and was done right, especially the drainage system. He even came back after 6 months to redo a few areas where decking boards had warped, All in all, I'm very pleased with the results and Mike's work. I would recommend him for projects big or small.

They cut our table from counter height to standard. Our table had big intricate legs. They did a great job and we were very happy with their work and that they could help us to keep our table so we wouldn't have to look for a another one like it. They're also very friendly and easy to talk to and kept in constant contact with us from beginning to end.
