We had a great experience with Rich and his team for a diverse list of projects we needed done inside and outside our home (fan and light replacement, curtain installation, rotted wood replacement, finishing part of our basement, repairing and weatherproofing doors, caulking). Rich advised us on affordable options, gave us a detailed and specific quote with creative solutions (e.g. for a water shutoff cover panel in an awkward location), communicated proactively about scheduling issues (some of our project needed good weather conditions), were extremely courteous and tidy in completing the projects, talked us through parts of the projects as they went, and did a final walkthrough. We would definitely hire them again next time we need something done around the house.

Working with Ossa home repair was an impressive experience from start to finish. We had seen what a wonderful job they had done on our neighbors deck. Our deck was in awful condition and I was surprised when Mr. Johnny told me that much of my wood was in good condition. He could have told me i needed to replace the entire deck! His team repaired the top railings and rebuilt the fence door, power washed and painted our deck and I honestly canâ t believe itâ s the same deck. It truly looks brand new. I also had water damage on our dining room ceiling and a hole had been cut through the drywall. His team repaired the drywall, finished the ceiling and painted, and that also looks totally amazing. Everyone working for Ossa home repair was professional, courteous, and amazingly thorough. I wouldnâ t think about using anyone from Ossa home repair for all of our future projects (bathrooms will be next!). Five stars.

It was a pleasure hiring Mr. Estevez to remove a small partition wall separating our dining room from our living room. He did a great job with the removal, patching the hole on the adjoining wall, and painting over it. He was even gracious enough to paint the rest of the wall just to make sure everything matches. If you're looking for an all-around Handyman who is honest, affordable, and does excellent work, look no further than Mr. Estevez.

This is the third time I have used Argal in my home! This trip involved, refinishing a staircase that once had carpet, painting a finished attic and laying laminate flooring. They finished framing a door, mudding and painting a door that was never finished. Mudded and sanded a kitchen ceiling that had water damage from an upstairs tub leak, and hung 3 ceiling fans.
They can do it all, reliable, knowledgeable, and dependable!

We used Samâ s Home Improvement to create our backsplash. He had a good price, and we were very impressed with his subcontractor, Luis Quispe, who actually did the tile work. He understood our plans, gave some suggestions, and was flexible with changes. The end result is fabulous.

This is actually the second and third times we have used Ryan Reph Remodeling. They have always completed our projects on time and exceeded our expectations. Great job, quick, responsive and able to accommodate a few additional requests onsite. We had a hammock chair that needed to be hung from the ceiling without the proper hardware and Vladimir was able to make it work with some tools from his truck. I definitely recommend and will hire him again.
