The project was excellent. Wilfredo and his crew not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early. We renovated the full kitchen, flooring, cabinets, installation of appliances, adding an island, adding lights and a lot more. I hired Allen Contractors in October 2019 to replace my 25+year old roof that had suffered damage during one of the high wind storms in the spring of 2019. Brian, the president, CEO of the company came out personally to evaluate the roof and walk me through the details of the project.
With ease and confidence he worked with my insurance adjuster to address building code concerns and additional material costs that had not been addressed on the initial insurance appraisal. My insurance company agreed with Brian's assessment and provided additional funds to cover the cost of the items that were overlooked on the adjuster's initial proposal.
Brian is very knowledgeable about the business, well organized, responds promptly to calls and concerns, easy to work with, and is very thorough in his evaluation of a project. The crew Allen Contractors had working on my roof project were wonderful. They were considerate, hard working, and efficient.
The roof looks fabulous and I couldn't be more pleased on how well the details of the project were handled. Big thanks to Brian and his crew for a job well done!!

Midtown Rebuild won the bid to put a new roof on a house and garage I own in Shelbyville, Indiana. From my first conversation with Ted, he was professional and engaged, guided me through the process. He was concerned about my satisfaction every step of the way, and explained what each roofing product did and how they worked together. He ensured everything was to code and personally inspected the work and the home site afterwards to make sure his roofers completed the job as agreed. I couldn't be more happy with the results. This company is top notch! We were not scheduled for the remodel until August, but since all of our material was in, Reggie was able to get us scheduled sooner. The entire project only took them a few days. The team who did the work was amazing and even though the language barrier was a â minorâ issue, we worked it all out.
