Just finished a home expansion and remodeling with Decor Builders and I was very pleased with there services.
From the first meeting Tal came and itâ s just felt natural. He spent almost 3 hours going over different ideas of how to bring my vision to an actual plan. I renovated my family property in San Carlos and we ended up adding 500 square to the existing 1800 square house. We added a full master suite and reconfigured the living and kitchen space.
We also replaced floors throughout the entire house and remodeled the bathrooms.
The overall process went pretty well, they had great design services and helped to get the plans going pretty fast.
Communication was really good, Tal was there for any question or concern and the crew know exactly what they were doing. They completed the project on time including some changes I made during the project.
Iâ m glad I made the choice and hired Decor Builders and will definitely recommend Decor Builders to friends and family, THANK YOU!!!

I received 6 quotes on a room addition and the best quote came from Direct Home Remodeling. They also gave me several options and their answers were most detailed. Direct Home Remodeling team were great to work with, they shoved up on time, were clean, professional and efficient. They finished project within promised time and within agreed price. We just used the LAR Construction and Remodeling to help us get contractor quotes for our bathroom renovation. It works like a concierge service, and we worked with Sharon as our PM. He listened to our needs and design ideas and walked us through the whole process, setting us up with several great contractors to choose from. I love how they are intense about vetting and background checking everyone they recommend - it was much more intensive than any other place I tried to find contractor recommendations. I was also super impressed with their service and follow up. So happy I didn't have to waste time wading through contractor referrals on my own, and we LOVED the work their recommended contractor did in our bathroom! If only I had known about LAR Construction and Remodeling for our other home projects! Thank you, guys!

TLDR: LU is BEST in business. Consider them if you want high quality work delivered in time on budget! David and Joey did a phenomenal job and we highly recommend LU construction for your home addition/renovation needs.
Wife and I were 5 months pregnant and wanted to add a master bedroom(closet and bathroom) as our family was growing. Ideally we wanted this project to be completed before our babies arrived! Also we were on a budget. Given these constraints, we got quotes from a bunch of construction companies listed on review websites. We picked all the top rated ones and some of them said it's impossible to deliver due to our time(winter rains) and/or budget constraints. This sounds like a build up to my review but it is indeed what happened. We had given up on our hopes our addition and thought maybe the time was not right. But then I found this GEM hidden in some of the review websites. They don't have a whole lot of reviews. But whatever they had (I read each review like 5 times and did some research to make sure these are not fake) were all good. We decided to give them a chance and spoke to Ben and David initially.
Keep in mind there are a lot of horror stories about construction projects. Some that never completed. Some that got ripped off by the company and what not. I did not have a single acquaintance who had a positive experience with construction. It was really difficult to trust someone with a big chunk of our money.But going by gut feeling after having met David
and all their detailed positive reviews we decided to take the leap of faith. It was also critical for us to finish on time since last thing we wanted is newborns and construction project gone wrong.
Joey was assigned as the project manager to our project. As the project started taking shape my faith got stronger since each phase was delivered on time or even before time. Joey was patient enough to explain everything very clearly and thoroughly and going out of his way throughout the project to deliver. They were in "beast mode" starting from Foundation, Framing and all the way up until the finish line. There were a few minor bumps for sure but everything was promptly taken care fof. For example during the roofing, there was one weekend where it rained and caused leak into the house. However, Joey and David ensured they covered for all the damage.Also, I feel like the finish phase could have been handled a little better. But it was bad timing due to Jewish holiday during which most of LU is off. But since they were ahead of schedule it made up for the time lost. Again, there is no such thing as smooth construction project. The most important thing to us was quality of work, budget and time. They delivered a 10/10 on all 3 aspects given our tight timeline, budget and crappy weather. It has been about 2 months since completion and we are extremely happy with our addition.
Like I mentioned earlier LU is a gem and definitely deserves 5 stars. I look forward to working with them in future when we are ready for another round of addition/remodeling project. Hope you guys maintain this level of quality and trust as you grow bigger as a company. All the best to David, Joey and rest of the crew!

Ron has been outstanding through the entire project. The full project was not just sprinkler installation but also replacing my entire yard with new grass. He personally came to our house to walk through the project and plan. His crew during the project were professional and courteous and answered any questions I had. Finally, at the end of the project he continued conversation and has set up for his crew to mow the very first time and inspect to see that all the grass is coming in nicely. Great customer service!
