From the start, they provided a very detailed quote for our custom-finished basement project and we valued their vast experience in recommendations of layout, design, and functionality of our space. The level of detail and input they sought from us was very much appreciated and we felt throughout the process their #1 goal was customer satisfaction and making sure we were extremely happy with the final result. The finished product blew us away. Our 1600 square feet of space was turned from a drab, cold, unfinished space into a beautiful custom bar, built-in cabinet large living room, 3/4 bathroom, bedroom, fitness room, and entertainment/game room. Our family will enjoy many years to come in this beautiful space A.R.K. Specialty Service created for us and we are extremely happy we chose them to build us the basement of our dreams!

We hired Gerlyn to assemble and attach a 12 x 14 Yardistry Gazebo to our new cement patio. They also assembled and attached a privacy wall and counter to the Gazebo that we ordered along with our set. John and team worked a miracle. My 2 car garage floor looked like the surface of the moon. While I was more interested in encapsulating odor (former owner was a smoker) I was very pleased with how even the floor turned out in just ONE coat!. Knowledgeable, flexible. Frank's crew has done a variety of tasks for us: ceiling painting, checking plumbing, redoing our front porch, fixing light fixtures and wiring, installing sensors in garage and front porch, and replacing our front door and storm door. Salvador and Manuel work well as a team; they are both hard workers. They are friendly and willing to answer our questions as well as ask us about our preferences. We wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for our contracting needs.
