We were thrilled with the work done by Dave and his team. Dave was upfront and thorough, no surprises which we appreciated. Dave was very helpful in material selection as well. The work was done well, on budget and the team showed up as planned each day and did a beautiful job cleaning up each day as well. Jon not only is the owner but also does the work! He and his awesome helper Casey take pride in the work they do. It is not a "sales person" promising the world, then handing you off to workers who are mad abou all the promises made. Most companies sell the same product, get it from the same place so then it comes down to workmanship. Your Bath is the best! The are very professional, polite, neat and very respectful of your time and your space. I cannot express how happy we were with the whole project. They finished on time. And no I do not get paid for my review, we are just that happy with all they did. They have pictures you can ask them to see it!

I reached out to the team at MKE Design Build after meeting with (and not being terribly impressed by) a few other companies - so glad I did.
My project was a second story build out with the addition of a bathroom with walk in shower. Communication from the very first was excellent. I was given the current timeline that they would be able to take on new projects and confirmed that I could wait until then. Michelle came over on the first appointment and we talked about the space, what I wanted and then she spent a good 45 minutes taking measurements and making notes upstairs. After that I received the first proposal and we made our way from there.
The process was soon impacted by covid as was the budget. I was given a clear understanding of where costs had gone up (mainly materials) and suggestions of how I could make adjustments to the scope, materials, timing in order to claw back the costs. It honestly worked out fantastic. I was able to put the focus on things that I needed to be done very well (windows/skylights, insulation, electric, plumbing, tiling, drywall) and leave off some of the **would have been nice but not necessary** items for me to work on myself at a later date. The end result is better than I'd imagined.
Working with the MKE team - Michelle, Matt, Tom, Chris, Maria and Karissa and the scores of in house craftsmen and trusted partners was a great experience. Overall they were respectful of property, tidy, thoughtful in their communications and Chris made some serious magic happen when it came to defining the varying ceiling angles and installing the cedar beams. I trusted them to do a good job and they did a great job. Not only do I have the most beautiful walk in shower known to mankind (thank you Caleb for the tiling), but they crafted a really special space upstairs taking into account and making the most of the attributes and charm of a 95 year old bungalow.

Ray is terrific to work with, will make any adjustments you ask for with a smile. Friendly and respectful crew. As with any job, the quality goes up when you know exactly what you want and need and can communicate it. Most importantly, Ray tries very hard to save you money! I had to keep telling him to spend more, and after job was finished he went to the trouble of returning unused materials to Bliffert, returning almost $400 to me!

I met Mike through a professional association where we both serve on the board of directors. I had been thinking of doing some remodeling and had him check out my bathroom and kitchen. He was very responsive to what I was looking for and drew up some great plans for both rooms. I hadn't planned on doing both rooms in the same year but based on his estimates and timelines, I decided to go for it. As of this review, the bathroom is finished and I am super happy with the results. The week timeline was pushed out a bit due to some unforseen issues but they worked to get me a working bathroom as quickly as possible and we had to do some of the finishing work in pieces afterwards. Mike and Alan are great to work with and all of their subcontractors were very professional and did excellent work.
Price was the most reasonable of all the estimates I'd gotten and Mike really understood what I was going for in terms of quality, design and future use and offered practical suggestions and worked with some of the unique issues of an older home. The end result is light years ahead of what it was and not only looks amazing but is so much more functional as well.
Originally there was a tub with a shower curtain and the tub area isn't a standard size. The flooring hadn't been sealed and was peeling up around the tub. The surround was plastic and cracked, and the vanity was outdated and broken.
We switched it out to be a walk in shower with no tub. The shower panel and bumper had to be custom built and tiled since the area wasn't a standard six-foot length. The shower walls and bumper are white subway tiles and the shower pan is penny tiles in a marbilized pattern. The vanity was moved over to make room for a linen cabinet which means the medicine cabinet and vanity light fixture needed to be moved over. The ceiling was dropped 6 inches in order to put in a fan/light, which was vented outside. The shelving over the toilet was replaced with a cabinet for extra storage. Flooring is marbilized vinyl tile which matches the shower pan. Subflooring was repaired around the toilet, shower mixer was installed, shower drywall was replaced with water-resistant panels and a moisture barrier, new floor trim was added and the entire room sanded and repainted. The vanity light switch was moved to accomodate the linen cabinet and a new switch was added to control the fan.

When we built our house we always knew we dreamed of finishing a space off our kitchen and master bedroom one day to be a sunroom. Jude and his team at SE WI sunrooms assisted in making our dream a reality. Jude helped us come up with the best possible window system to protect our furniture from the cold winters but also enjoy summer nights with pure screen at the same time. We love how the design came together and couldn t be happier with the product from flooring to screen. It is our most favorite room to spend as much time as possible when weather permits (even with a blanket!). The team at SE sunrooms was professional, considerate, and communicative. They far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them to anyone considering adding a space to their home!

Tony did an amazing job on my tile install for the bathroom I am renovating. I am an Interior Designer and have uses different tile masons. Tony is efficient, clean on the job, and is a problem solver which is great when you run into snafo's like a bowed wall. With some minor adjustments to the mortar he was able to make the wall look level event though it was not.

Matt at RIG is the only contractor I will ever hire in the future. He was outstanding at adapting to the needs we had for our rehab loan. Genuinely concerned about the quality of the work even though it was a shoestring budget and was willing to go above and beyond to work with our lender and get us into a beautifully remodeled home.
