We had one very small piece of siding near the roofline slip down. Kyle, the project mgr., came out and fixed it and didn't charge us! Just asked us if we knew of anyone who needed exterior work to refer them to Allstate. Unbelievable to find a company with such values. I highly recommend Allstae Exteriors!

Bradford Xteriors were hired to inspect my asphalt shingle roof, and perform any required repairs. They responded to the Home Advisor request promptly. The technician was very informative and assisted me in completed the replacement of a few cap shingles. I would definitely recommend them for your roofing needs. I will be saving them as a favorite Home Advisor Pro and they will be the first company I call when I require roofing repairs/replacement.

I was really impressed with our service. Quint was very personable and helped give us tips throughout the inspection. The report was given the next day and pointed out all of the issues but were not super detailed. However, it was easy to follow and not at all confusing. It was our first time doing a home inspection and we were definitely pleased with the results and service we received.

Due to many unresolved issues including a furnace that stops working randomly, electricity glitches, water leaks, water leaks into electrical cavities such as ceiling light fixtures, basement water back ups, sewer gas, toxic plants, missing windows, asbestos siding and mold growth coming through my kitchen ceiling I would like to know the full story of this property. My neighbor was also approved to install a ceiling fan but his contractor wouldn't finish the job because the wiring was crumbling! My animals and I have had allergy and skin problems since moving in and the landlord doesn't seem to think the visual evidence is enough to approve my maintenance requests.
