Mr. Hill is very knowledgeable about construction and carpentry. I had a sunroom built on my existing deck but it failed permit inspection 4 times. Mr Hill installed additional footings under deck, adjusted the windows and door, and added ceiling panels and insulation. There permit passed inspection soon after. I am satisfied with his work. A job well done. Looking forward to Mr. Hill doing more work for me.

Our experience with West Shore Home was excellent from the phone call we made to request a quote to the the installation. Jason worked with us to select the shower walls and met us at the showroom to allow us to see our first selection installed! The scheduler worked with us to have the shower installed before Randy's knee replacement surgery. Johnny W. and Preston T. installed the shower. They were professional, informative and very particular in their work! We are very pleased with the results and so glad we choose West Shore Home!

Larry B. did a fantastic job of designing steps for my front porch. The old ones were too steep and dangerous. Now I feel safe. Mikhail and Valera were on time every day. The put in long, hard days--no clowning, no slacking off. They took very short lunches, if at all. They cleaned up after themselves. They even rolled up my water hose which they had used. I don't even do that! Engineer, Dmitriy, came by as necessary. All of them strove for accuracy and quality workmanship. They were all professional toward me and even toward each other. Worthy mention goes out to Mikhail for his design and artistic expertise. He had to improvise at one point on my front porch railing. He did a stellar job in a very timely manner. Based on the above observations, I am hiring HOC for everything on my bucket list because I totally trust them: Completed--split-rail fence, replaced front porch with new roof. Future--foundation work, vinyl siding, paving, exterior lighting to include lamp posts and backlit house numbers, possibly a flag pole with a light, front door system, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, interior painting, repair, power washing and paint on large back deck, flooring, etc. HOC will make my house a home. My initial intention was to hire separate contractors for each type of job. I got tired of trying to schedule everyone, keep all of the contractors' estimates straight, waiting 1 to 2 hours for some contractors to show up, and a few didn't show up at all. Then I found Handyman On Call. Kevin and Larry B. made a memorable first impression. HOC will also match anybody else's price quotes, I knew immediately that I had made the right decision. What a relief! I was able to relax and allow them to do everything. I have no regrets. My estimator, Larry B. remains very patient with my ever changing mind. I often apologize but he kindly responds: We want to give what you want. Whenever I text him regarding changes or final decisions, he always responds in a timely manner. Kudos also to the office staff. They answer phones quickly and professionally. They keep in contact with me before, during and after a project. I have even received a scheduling call on a Sunday, and Vita Z. called me on a Thursday evening regarding paperwork clarification. Don't they ever stop working?
The Owner/President Benjamins Zonis, has even reached out to me on several occasions. I love HOC because I totally trust them to complete work to my satisfaction. A heart felt thank you to everyone at HOC.
If you are undecided about choosing HOC, go for it. You will not regret it.

Dave was very communicative throughout the entire process. He kept my house clean when he was done for the day. He arrived on time, and when he was going to be later then usual he texted or called to let me know.
I would definitely choose DSE Carpentry (Dave Edwards) to do any project in my house - he knows a lot about everything (carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electric) He provided great advice when I was not sure which way to go with flooring, paint color, cabinetry, tile and hardware.
He had a new helper with him and I loved listening to Dave talk things through with his helper when teaching him something new. He was patient and kind with him, which was incredibly satisfying to witness. You can tell Dave is a bit of a perfectionist, he pays close attention to the little details ensuring the end product is beautiful.
He redid my entire main floor (entryway, living and dining room, kitchen and powder room). The project took a couple months to complete, but it was so very worth the wait!!

They were team players, each one knew how to do all of the jobs. They were honest (I had hidden some money that I had forgotten about they found it and gave it to me) they are also well mannered and very polite. They did an excellent job installing carpet in 4 units. They had to move a lot of furniture in the units and nothing was broken. I would recommend them to anyone and would hire them again.

Willie and his All Things New team did beautiful work for us on a large remodeling project (kitchen & bath) in 2017, so when we decided to do additional repairs and add a second-floor bathroom to our Fellâ s Point townhouse, he was our first choice. We were not present for most of the work period, and we knew we could trust him entirely â both to carry out the remodel and to supervise other professionals (e.g., a stonemason, electricians and plumbers) to do good work at a fair price, on time. The results exceeded our expectations. Willie brings formidable expertise and management skills to his work.
