Words were hard to find when I finally found a contractor that knew what they was doing and provided excellent service. We had a foundation leak that resulted in major repairs and mold clean up in our basement. I have had many repair people promise services, but never have I had a contractor that not only delivered what he promised, he did more. The work was absolutely beautiful. Mister Fixxit takes pride in his work, follows through on all commitments he makes, and delivered more than we expected. He consulted with us throughout the repairs and apprised us of ongoing progress. Once you use Mister Fixxit, you will never want another contractor to do anything more for you. I can t remember the last time we had a contractor who came so fully prepared, they didn t even ask for a broom when they cleaned up after themselves. YES, they cleaned up after themselves besides doing such a professional job on our home. Our home is so much more comfortable and looks so nice. THANK YOU, Mister Fixxit!!!

I'm so happy with Robert's work, work ethic, communication and attention to detail that I'll be hiring him for additional projects. It's wonderful to work with someone who takes pride in his work and ensures you are comfortable every step of the way.
Robert patched the bathroom subfloor and spackled many rooms in the house that showed cracking due to settling or water damage (around windows). In addition, he replaced a toilet, hung a heavy mirror, and replaced bathroom lights. All of this was done with care.
I work from home and my kids often school from home and he made sure to avoid noise during meetings, etc. He was also generous with his expertise, open to discussing ideas, but never pushed to take on more than was requested. I'm happy to share such a good experience.

Peter did a fantastic job installing a railing in our stairwell. We have a 1940's home so the walls were mixed concrete and drywall, but that was no issue for Peter at all. He told us exactly what we needed to order so he could get the job done right. His measurements were perfect and his install went smoothly and precisely. Additionally, Peter did some work on our outdoor fence to get a section of it reattached to a post it had pulled away from. Again, precision work in getting this done.
Peter was quick to respond via email and text, and arrived early to both the estimate and day of work. He's a total pro from start to finish, and I couldn't recommend him more highly. Without hesitation we will be hiring him for other projects in the future.

After researching several door repair/replacement options, I found that most companies would only accept commercial or large-scale projects. Conversely, the smaller shops lacked experience and I was concerned that this would eat into my project's short time frame and budget.
My experience working with Marc and Ortiz Quality Doors was well above expectations. Juggling a lot at the time, I appreciated how easy and streamlined the process was from quote to invoice. Marc was very responsive, personable, knowledgeable, and meticulous. They were able to remove the damaged door, create and install the new custom-fit door exactly as requested within a few short hours (and on budget).
I will definitely utilize Ortiz Quality Doors for any future projects; large or small.
