"I recently had to replace an old acrylic block window in our masterbath. It had developed cracks in several places and allowed water to begin to seep inside on the window sill during heavy rains. I decided to replace it with a modern one piece obscured tempered glass window and contacted several window installers for quotes, including two from major home improvement stores nearby. Unlike the others, he was very pleasant and very friendly. He took his time looking at what had to be done and getting an accurate measurement so I would know exactly what to order, and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. When the new window arrived Mark picked it up and brought it to my house. He took his time installing it and replaced the exterior and interior trim with new. Everything was installed perfectly and precisely. Mark is a real professional with many years of experience. He is precise in his work, a true craftsman in my opinion. I am very happy with the job Mark did and highly recommend him for all your window and door replacement needs, in fact any project he might be willing to undertake. In my opinion he's top notch, the best in the business, and I won't hesitate to call on him for any construction needs I might have in the future."
