I learned a lot on this driveway replacement. First, I am very satisfied with the price that we paid, $6K less than the next highest quote. I learned from the web to require 4,000 lb. concrete instead of 3,000' which did add a small premium. The contract process was a bit painful, it took several messages to finally get the document delivered and signed. I must compliment Arc Construction on completing the rather large project in only 3 days, as stated in the contract and they started on the exact day that was originally discussed. The driveway is long, uphill and curved so it was not a small job at all. The only negative was the final cleanup. There was a 3-5 inch gap at the side of the new concrete after the forms were removed. I spent about 6 hours filling in the gap with gravel. But, overall, the new driveway looks great and we are extremely happy to not see the old cracked stretch of concrete any longer. I would hire them again, in fact one of my neighbors is now talking to them about replacing their driveway.

David and Robin replaced the trim around both of my garage doors due to water damage/rot. They used vinyl trim, flashed, caulked, and repainted everything. David also walked around my house with me and pointed out several other areas of concern. He made it clear he was not trying for extra business since he had plenty. He mainly just wanted me to be aware of steps I could take to prevent future headaches and protect my house.

MadeWell concrete provided top notch service throughout the whole process. Glynn Segars was our sales rep, Reid Gill was our project manager, and Armando’s crew poured and stamped the concrete. Everyone was very attentive and willing to answer any and all questions/concerns I had throughout the process.
We are very pleased with the look of our new driveway and will certainly recommend Madewell to other friends and family that may be looking for a professional concrete company.
I definitely plan on using Madewell again in the future for some other projects I am looking at doing.

Josh and his team implemented a front yard design reminiscent of a Zen garden. They had to completely rebuild two sets of steps and a retaining wall. The concrete work is incredible. The entire plan is lovely to behold and soothing. The lighting used beautifully showcases the home and it is a respite at the end of the day to pull into the driveway and see the lights beckoning me home.
We have had so many compliments on the final result, but also important is that the process was very organized and they tried very hard not to inconvenience us. They cleaned things up each day and we were amazed at how hard they worked, no matter the weather or the day of the week.
We also felt they were trustworthy and we did not have any complaints whatsoever! Great asset to our area. I would highly recommend Josh.

I recently replaced my concrete driveway; I got bids from multiple vendors, carefully checked reviews and picked North Georgia Concrete. They did not disappoint. They did an excellent job. The owner was patient through the last few months while we were having constant rain. He did not rush the job just to finish and get paid. His team showed up on time. He offers a good warranty.
His prices were reasonable.
A sprinkler system PVC water line that I was unaware of turned up under the old concrete. They hit it with a scooper which created a leak at one point near the edge. That is not unreasonable. I'm sure this happens all the time. What's different about this vendor is how they immediately took responsibility and efficiently fixed the problem.
Their team replaced the sprinkler system PVC line across the entire driveway in an abundance of caution as a cement truck had to run across it to pour concrete at the top of the driveway and very likely damaged the PVC line further. They also, on their on initiative, placed a 3" PVC pipe under the driveway in case a service line had to be laid under the driveway in the future.
They sculpted the edges to facilitate rain water to flow down the driveway, so as not to saturate the ground to the side. It is quite impressive.
Their effort far exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be more delighted. I've already had 2 neighbors tell me they admired the work. The mailman also admired it and asked who did the work.
