Stormshutter Mechanic had excellent customer service from the very first phone call with Raquel. She set up a service call for the next day, and was even accommodating to us by switching some times around so our job could be completed 2 days later. We have a condo at Clearwater Beach and live full time in PA, so we wanted to get it taken care of while we were in town. Our hurricane shutters were down and the motor need to be replaced so they could be put up again. Gabe and Sebastian were great to work with! They explained what they were doing and how the shutters work. I highly recommend this company! Competent, reliable, good quality and a good price!

We worked with Chris Heinisch and because of scheduling issues with my husband and I, we had to change install dates a couple of times. Chris was so understanding and flexible. He went over every option with us and never tried to sell us anything that we didn't need. The quality of work by the installer is beautiful and the equipment is so much nicer than the security system that we had. We plan on adding other Vortex options in the future. Highly recommend this company. They're extremely professional and offer a wide variety of security options. The best!
