I am working with Charles on a large remodel/addition and he is excellent. He is great to work with. He really listens and incorporates everything that I want into the house design. His work is meticulous and he is completely professional. It is a pleasure working with him. He responds quickly and I can tell he cares about the project. I started this project with a construction company designer and it quickly became apparent to me that the job was over his head. $4,000 dollars later I reached back out to Charles and hired him. It was the best move I could have made. Now I know my plans will be done right and that they will reflect my wants/needs in the best way possible.

Very personable and flexible to work with. Cam eon time and gave me the guidance that I needed to move forward with the home remodel. I went ahead and left a support beam that I wanted to remove after he advised me to keep it there. He also gave me some insight about the older types of hardwood in my home is very good quality and I shouldn't remove it. I appreciated his guidance and professional attitude.

I reviewed Dan once already, but then our project took a long hiatus (for reasons beyond the control of Dan). We asked him to basically design 3 different houses for us, and Dan and his team just kept churning out designs. Dan and the team are awesome, professional, and responsive. Definitely, recommend.

I worked with Dustin Williams. We established a specific scope of work at a reasonable price. The site visit and issuance of the report both happened quickly. The report was detailed and the observations and conclusions were professional and from my perspective, accurate and fair. If I require further engineering assistance, I will hire Dustin.
