They repaired our Viking stove and Subzero fridge. I was the last customer of the day for the fridge guy, Mike, and even though it was late he came, did a thorough inspection of the problem and overall health of the fridge, and then proceeded to do a complex set of repairs that took almost 4 hours. I have never-ever--had a service professional as dedicated to doing what was promised as Mike. Two days later, I had Appliance Tech pros take care of a problem with my Viking oven. While this was not quite as 'heroic' an effort, my tech was extremely knowledgable, did a thorough diagnosis and explained his findings to me, then efficiently made the repairs we agreed to.
It is very hard to find great service companies for appliances. My experience with Appliance Tech Pros was top notch, and I very strongly recommend them to anyone else, especially those with high-end appliances like Viking, SubZero, etc.

Great experience. Scheduling the appointment was seamless. Alex contacted me prior to arrival, and he arrived within the scheduled time frame. He diagnosed the issue in a timely manner, and a new part was needed. After ordering and receiving the new part, Alex returned and installed the part. The project was challenging. A shifting roof load caused an exterior log wall to bulge resulting in serious structural issues. What impressed me about Josiah Robey and Strong Construction was the firm s emphasis on quality repairs. He went the extra mile to diagnose the problems and resolve them. He takes the time to help the homeowner understand what he is doing and why. On time. On budget. Meets expectations. I would not hesitate to work with his company again.
