Superior Plumbing called me within 30 seconds of entering the online request and scheduled for later that day. Then Benjamin Franklin Plumbers showed up rather than Munson Mechanical or Superior Plumbing. All three businesses operate out of the same address. They were a few minutes late, but quickly fixed my simple problem. They had the part on the truck, and finished up in no time. Both the technician and his apprentice were young, but I had no problem calling a discount outfit for this simiple repair.

I feel like I won the lottery with this company. Same day service, on time, professional.
The first out of their mouth was we can fix it not “ your furnace is too old, here is how much a new one is “ which is what was told me in 2015 and 2018.
Doug the repairman and was honest and I would highly recommend him and this company. Problem was fixed and out of there in 30 minutes.
