Todd is a friendly, knowledgeable, polite repairman. Knew right away what the problem was and had the part we needed with him. He made a few suggestions as to what we could do to extend the life of our unit, after our asking several questions. Did not try to pressure us into unnecessary maintenance or repair.

Jeff the owner was a commensurate professional and helped us through the entire process. He tailored his recommendations for us and never once pushed us towards anything we didn't need. Installation was complete in under two hours, and Jeff himself tested the unit and walked us through what was replaced.

We selected Heath's Air from a listing of 3 comparable bids. Heath's offer not only was on par with the recommendation for the house from an equipment capacity point, but Heath took the time to have a personal conversation with me on the offerings that would fit the needs for this 24 year old replacement and how long I really intend to keep the house. Heath is a highly experienced professional that knows all the parameters necessary for accurate sizing, design and benefit for the client. As an engineer familiar with such systems, Heath's recommendations far exceeded the objectives of my replacement project and kept the budget appropriately under the original target. The crew conducting the work was extremely courteous, tidy and very considerate of our workday (from home). They were on time, reviewed the jobsite for risks/hazards and took the necessary precautions to ensure a safe and error-free installation. I was told by others that the water line was blocked. None of the other companies took the type to investigate further. Mike V. not only flushed the line, but checked the coolant levels and found the source of the leak in the attic. He was very meticulous and patient to ensure me that he would get to the source of the problem. I have never had a technician who was so determined to get me the help I needed. He suggested a company to purchase a new unit by financing it. My air condtioning unit is more than 15 years old and I know we willpurchase the correct unit and have it installed in the next few days. God bless Mike V. and Oasis air.

the initial inspection of the old unit by Josh was very thorough and he explained the options of any possible repairs. Since the old unit was beyond repair he gave me the options of the new units that they could install. I made to decision to get a new model and they were able to schedule it for the very next day. He told me the time they would be there and who the installers would be. Kurt and JD were there right on time and explained what they be doing as well the time frame for the install. The system has been running great and the whole experience was done very professionally. They will follow up to check the unit and also file the 10 yr. warranty. I would highly recommend this business Airtime!!

I contacted this company as well as a few others. Ryan came out and gave me my quote on a new A/C system, which was extremely fair. I decided to purchase an entire A/C System from Semper Fi. Mike, Freddy, and Jeremie came out to do the install, they replaced everything in the attic as well as the outside unit. I could not believe how professional they were, their knowledge, and walked me through everything at the end and made sure I was happy before they would even take what I owed.
