Fred Ward's service was outstanding. He was on time for the appointment, He's very polite, knowledgeable, professional, and very thorough. After I explained to him what was going on with our central AC he got right to work trying to diagnose the cause of our problem. He was very thorough in his inspection and after checking all of the equipment the only thing he could find which could have caused the problem was a $15.00 part which he quickly and expertly replaced. When he was finished with the repair and he gave me the bill I was shocked. It was half as much as the last time we had to have someone come out to do a repair on the unit and on a weekend no less. He also called the next day just to check with us if the AC was working properly.
I will be calling Fred again for all future AC work I may need. I would highly recommend Fred Ward to anyone who needs Air & Heating service. I have already told all my friends and family about him.

Our air handler pan overflowed soaking our carpet. Called Luis & set appointment the next morning. He arrived on time and fixed the problem at a reasonable price. Luis provided excellent customer service will call him for all of our AC needs.

From the moment Rob diagnosed our problem we couldn't have been more satisfied with the exceptional service we received from Epic. The part was ordered immediately and within days Casey and Alex were back to remove the old part and install the new one. The professionalism, courteous and knowledgeable way our repair was handled was unbelievable. Casey also suggested the addition of a UV light to help disinfect against airborne pathogens. No upsell was involved but merely a suggestion. We decided to add the UV light based on what we saw inside the unit. We highly recommend Epic Air Conditioning and will be purchasing a maintenance contract from them as well.
