The company replaced my a/c unit and cleaned my air ducts. From the technician who came by to give the quote for the job, to the technicians who cleaned the ducts, all were very punctual, arriving at the time they said they would. Awesome company. We had an emergency and no AC with an ill dog. Other companies said they’d come in 4-days. Santiago said he’d be there in 2-hours; thankfully came in less time. He didn’t upsell or push more than needed. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend!

The a/c tech arrived with 45 minutes of my call and had my air condition working in a very short time. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The tech could have easily said the a/c unit should be replaced since it was an older (20 yrs) unit but the tech repaired it instead. We really appreciated his honesty. That is a true service man.

Required emergency service over the weekend- showed up within 40 minutes; service tech was efficient, solved the problem,etc. Since it was over the weekend the cost was higher than a normal service call but that was to be expected. I plan on not renewing the contract I have with another company and going with All The Time as my service provider. Moe was very professional and very helpful!
