As a retired A/C tech, I can tell you this company is 5 stars PLUS! Excellent job from the diagnostic service call to the installation of a complete new system, and the office support is over the top. Everyone involved with this job was honest, quality oriented, professional, and knowledgeable, and their pricing is competitive and very fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an A-1 HVAC service company and I will definitely call them for all my HVAC work in the future.

This was an unusual installation of customer-supplied equipment. Most shops that responded to my request for this type of service (specified upfront) said, uhhh, we don't do that (Thanks for wasting my time, Sears/Transform and ARS/Service Express). But these guys came through, checked out what I had, and said "yes" - and proceeded to do a terrific job!!! Really great quality work with an unusual system. Install was first-class and they laid out tarps whenever they had to come up stairs with equipment and such to protect the carpets. I'm not a shill for them, but I will use them as my go-to A/C folks from now on. Very happy with their service!
