I had an excellent experience with Tru Air. Lionel came out and answered all of my questions and gave me an estimate. Jesse and Oscar came out and removed my old units and installed a new Trane A/C, furnace, and coil. Chuy came out to inspect the system and get it up and running. I love this Trane, how quiet it runs and the 2 stage operation.

Excellent service from Julian and Matt - Julian enthusiastically responded to my request to replace a hot water heater, fix a leaky toilet and faucet. Showed up on time, friendly and professionally took care of everything and things are working beautifully. Julian surprised me by vacuuming out the hot water heater closet before installing the new one - this shows how meticulous he is on his projects and as the homeowner I sincerely appreciated the extra step and care taken on my project.

As an architect of many years I received proposals and interviewed several HVAC contractors for replacing our two old complete furnace and AC systems. I also looked at several manufacturers before we settled on the Daiken product line. In the midst of the Covid pandemic I can say that Denny has been exceptional and his diligence and persistence in getting the work done has really been appreciated. We have not yet had a lot of experience with the Daiken system yet but appreciate the great warranty and comfort knowing that Thirmo and Denny are standing by if we have any issues. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Jarrod and Robert were very professional and courteous and did an excellent job. AC&R was hired to remove an AC unit from the roof. They also added ducting and worked in 100 degree temperatures in the attic never complaining. We would hire them again.
