Cost went about 5% over the original bid only because we chose some upgrades that exceeded the original design. Likewise the project took longer than originally anticipated, but we weren't in a hurry and it was no problem for us. In summary, I was completely satisfied and will use Affinity next year for some additional work we would like to have done around our house."
