Mark and his team (Blake and Casey) did a great job updating my 20 year old builder grade, cheap oak kitchen cabinets that came with the house I purchased, as well as the hall bathroom vanity. They were COVID compliant over the 4 days they were here. They showed up on time (actually, a few minutes early), cleaned up their mess when finished for the day and the cabinets look beautiful - wish I could post a picture. I had all the cabinets and bathroom vanity painted black, had crown molding installed, storage tilt outs installed at the sink and a electric receptacle replaced at the island from white to black. There was virtually no smell from the primer and paint. I would highly recommend.

We had Shoun, Kelly and their team (FadeFreeNC) work on our home-/ they did an awesome job! We had all our popcorn ceiling removed, entire interior painted (walls and woodwork), and our kitchen cabinets painted.
It was a big job and a lengthy process but we are very pleased with the results. Shoun was always prompt and communicated the days goal so we were always aware what was taking place. He was very detail oriented and cared that the result was the best you could get.

Santana Construction is a FANTASTIC company to work with!!! We talked with Victor Santana about what we needed done and agreed on a price and a date to do the job. He and his team arrived on time, completed the job of hanging some large mirrors, a large painting and several pictures as well as assembled 3 bookcases and anchored them to the wall and hung a laundry room shelf. Everything was done professionally and they cleaned up all debris from the job when they were done. These guys are fantastic an we will definitely hire them again!

They called back and came when they promised. They came during the lunch hour between jobs and changed out my front exterior 3 x 8 door slab with a glass door slab. Hinges, locks, alarm sensor all worked perfectly. Great Job. We will definitely use them again on our next project.

I could not have been happier with the job Mark did, or the way he did it. He always showed up when he said he would. He gave me options and explained the pros and cons of each. The job he did was superb.
I have worked with other paint contractors who do the estimate and schedule the work, but have other guys doing the actual painting. Mark does the work himself and it's clear that he takes pride in his work.
I was so pleased that, while Mark was still on the job, I expanded the scope of the project. I plan to hire him again for future projects.
