They have been excellent and are so good for my dogs. My dogs actually get excited when it is time to go there. They are real careful with matching the dogs when they go out to play so nobody is too rough for them. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I used this service years ago and thought I loved it then.... but boy was I in for a treat this evening. Roy and Jonathan were very professional, patient, skillful, and compassionate with our fur babies Luna and Jojo. I could not have been more pleased! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Carolyn's Cat Grooming to everyone. Grooming a cat is a martial arts, but they made it look easy. Great job guys!

The Doctors are quite professional, and they made me feel very comfortable. Basically speaking about my cat's condition and etc and stuff. My cat and I recently moved back from Hong Kong, so I wanted to make sure he was kind of set up with the chip. He was also having allergy problems at the previous visits where they had given me medication that I could give to him. So, they've been very professional, and the people are very sweet there.

There really are no adequate words to describe how amazing Dr. Meyer is. He has cared for many of our pets---and their humans!---over the years with great skill, compassion, and honesty. After my father's beloved cat Puddy became ill shortly after Dad's passing, Dr. Meyer kept him comfortable and superbly cared for right up until the end. It was a very difficult time for me on many fronts and Doc was so incredibly kind during our weekly visits. Rob and all of the staff are also wonderful. We've moved away from Austin, but my grand dogs remain patients of the clinic.

ZJH Mobile GroomingWhen we first hired Zach, it was out of necessity when our last irresponsible groomer dropped our dog off the grooming table and he became paralyzed (and the dog had to be put down a few months later). Until Zach, we never used a mobile groomer before and thought it was unaffordable. Zach not only took great care of our dogs and eased our minds of worry. But he also groomed them beautifully and his rates were affordable. We now use Zachary exclusively and we have recommended him many times to our friends (who now use him too.)- rochelle h.

KYLE ANIMAL HOSPITALMy dogs are my babies, my family. I do as much research as I can before taking them to a new vet. Casey Laukkanen came highly recommended to me by our current vet at that time (who used to be the medical director of the NW Animal ER) when I found out I was moving to Kyle a few years ago. One of my dogs had a lot of chronic illness and this place was a perfect fit for us. The entire staff is so courteous and kind, and we were there so much that after a while they all felt more like extended family. Dr. Laukkanen went above and beyond for us on many occasions, and kept the other vets in the loop about my dog's condition if she was going to be out of town. I've always been impressed by her knowledge as well as her compassion and kindness (and even her never-ending patience in dealing with me -- I'm neurotic when it comes to my dogs ♥). They helped get me through the hardest thing I've ever had to do, when recently it inevitably came time to say goodbye. It can get pricey, but my dog needed so much care and I've paid similar at other vet clinics. They always bring you an itemized statement before they do anything , go through it with you, and give you alternatives. You have the final say on what you want and what you don't, and they don't pressure you or make you feel guilty if you decline something. They also bent over backwards to accommodate me on many occasions. Christian is the groomer there, who does a phenomenal job. My baby was a special case and more difficult to groom. Christian would always came out to talk to me before each grooming session and book extra time. She was gentle, thorough, and always did a great job. This is the best veterinary practice I've ever found and I will always take my pets to them -- they've earned my complete trust and I respect the way they run their practice and genuinely care about the animals they treat. From my experience over the past couple of decades with different veterinarians, this is hard to find!- Sandy K.

We don't feed our pets table scraps or people food, but some small dogs are just prone to stinky breath. Over the years we probably spent thousands of dollars on our beloved Jack Russell Terriers, who were with us for 14 and 17 years, having their teeth cleaned at the vet. I was always a little nervous because at the Vet they put the animals under anesthesia and there is always risk in that! I was determined to try something different with our new 4 year old Jack Russell. It may seem silly, but besides the obvious benefit of our pet's breath being better, taking care of your dog's teeth is one of the keys to a long and healthy life. Beyond the obvious better breath factor, dental disease can actually lead to problems with your pet’s organs, such as the heart. Caring for your pet’s teeth can prevent other health problems as well, saving you tons of money over the long term!
