Aztez representative and workers were prompt and courteous. Overall the job turned out OK and looks nice. The James Hardie stucco sheets and trim were installed in a manner that is much better and should be more weather resistant than original stucco sheets. I wasn't particularly impressed with their approach, partly due to the high price of the quote and partly due to the fact that they only wanted to use siding on the existing and soffit and just paint all the facing and trim boards.
