Both of the quarter turn shut off valves at my washing machine started leaking after only five years in my new home. Mr. Tarango was the only plumber I contacted who was willing to talk to me over the phone to discuss my options for repair. The other companies would only schedule a repair appointment first before any discussion of the problem would take place.
Mr. Tarango arrived 30 minutes early for our appointment. The plumbing work was done professionally and promptly. Fair pricing. He was able to install the older style multi-turn water valves behind the washer for me. I would definitely use him again for plumbing work in my home.

Steve was on it and called me right away, after being misled by another company he came, looked and then took care of our problem rather than assuming what the problem may have been as the previous company did. He started with the basic diagnosis and cleared the line for us saving us time, money and hassle! Our Service guy was so professional and had a lot of knowledge about the swamp cooler. He fixed the issue in no time flat. Im totally sold on Wagner!!! Would like to use this service guy again, he did a great job. To be honest I don't think my swamp cooler ever worked this good!!!!

Nelson helped rewire a few outlets around the house that hadn't been wired correctly. He took one look at each one and quickly knew the issue. Steve fit me into the schedule for the very next morning. the temperature was 106 degrees according to me thermostat, and my AC wasn't working. My son came home and found the condenser coils were completely covered with leaves etc. he cleaned them up and my AC started working again' i wanted to make sure it was that which caused the AC to not cool'
I also received an estimate for an updated unit.

Bryan showed before the scheduled time, mask ready. He was upbeat and informative. He answered all my questions and was knowledgeable about his trade. The cost was low and he didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Bryan let me know about the maintenance policy which will be helpful in the spring. As an architect of many years I received proposals and interviewed several HVAC contractors for replacing our two old complete furnace and AC systems. I also looked at several manufacturers before we settled on the Daiken product line. In the midst of the Covid pandemic I can say that Denny has been exceptional and his diligence and persistence in getting the work done has really been appreciated. We have not yet had a lot of experience with the Daiken system yet but appreciate the great warranty and comfort knowing that Thirmo and Denny are standing by if we have any issues. I would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Joe returned my call within an hour of me leaving a message, showed up when he said he would, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem with a clogged drain line. Jarrod and Robert were very professional and courteous and did an excellent job. AC&R was hired to remove an AC unit from the roof. They also added ducting and worked in 100 degree temperatures in the attic never complaining. We would hire them again.
