Alan with Blue Dream Construction is an awesome GC. He was reliable and gave great customer service. I had hired a different GC at the beginning of my project but not only was he not good at communicating with me, he gave excessive excuses and false promises and took 4 months longer than originally quoted. I fired that GC and brought Alan on board.
He came in right away and was able to complete the project within a 3 week time. He also had to redo several mistakes that the previous GC made as well and was able to help keep me within a reasonable budget considering the redoâ s he had to fix.
