found Supra Inspections through the Angi app. I am more than happy that I did. I originally contacted Supra Inspections for a unit up in Westchester and was introduced to Mr. David Colagiovanni. He was courteous and informative about the inspection process. We arranged an appointment for an inspection, however, the sellers backed out and I had to cancel our appointment in which David was more than understanding as we have yet agreed to the date. David made such an impression, that when our next accepted offer came in, I contacted David again. This time, the seller had set a short inspection date, and David came through, and graciously accepted the time allocated for an inspection, even on a short notice.
David was thorough and informative. He explained in detail to this New York City first time home buyer the schematics, if there were any issues that I should be aware of, as well as how to handle any future issues that we may come across. That was huge for me, as well as most appreciated. He is truly an expert in his field, and I would forever recommend Supra Inspections to anyone who is looking for a good and honest residential and commercial inspector.
