How do I access my account?
Log into www.mojomarketplace.com and click on the WP Live tab located on the left hand side of your screen. This will take you to your WP Live dashboard, where you can either start a chat, create a support request, and find the WP Live phone number, depending on which WP Live plan you chose.
What are WP Live support hours?
We’re open 7:00 am - 5:00 pm MT but our support system is running 24/7. Submit a support request and we’ll jump on it first thing in the morning.
Where is your team located?
Tempe, Arizona and Salt lake City, Utah.
Can I cancel at any time?
You can cancel any time, but if you’re on a 6 or 12 month commitment, there will be a cancellation fee (it’s only fair). If sign up on a month to month subscription you can turn off auto-renew directly from your WP Live dashboard.

Do you offer hosting?
Good question, No we don't. But we know some pretty awesome people that do. Give us a call to help us understand your hosting needs and we will point you in the best direction for your needs. Call us at 855-464-5345
Is there a limit to how much support time I get each month?
Your support is unlimited. Calls are kept to 25 minutes to help manage workload, but you can call as many times as you like. You can chat unlimited times a month, the only restrictions are; you can chat for 1 hour, then you have to wait an hour until you can start your next chat.
Can I change my plan after signup?
You can always change your plan with a quick call to our lovely support team. Note that you may have a fee to pay if you signed up for a 6 or 12 month contract. (You get it, contracts right?). Call us at 855-464-5345
What’s your refund policy?
Sorry, no refunds on WP Live. We stand by the value of our product, but we do allow you to cancel at any time for your convenience.
