The week before Christmas, in the midst of pandemic 2020 and the first Texas freeze- I had a real deal rodent emergency.... Multiple companies were booked solid for the next week and I was in straight peril! Safe Pro made a few schedule adjustments and Technician Ryan was at my front door within 2 hours of the initial call. He went above and beyond the call of duty and kept his cool while I freaked out in the background..... He gave me multiple options and was not leaving until the job was done.

Kenny was a God sent. Stressing the severity of my Rodent problem was under evaluated by my previous Pest control company. Kenny came in to my home and diagnosed the situation and gave me recommendations and went to work resolving the issue. He is A+ as a Professional, Knowledgeable, On Time individual. These guys are GOOD !!!! Ask for Ed !!! I’m busy and leave early morning and Ed was here at 6 AM as I requested !!! People don’t do that!!! You want it DONE RIGHT BY A CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST ASK FOR ED !!! I had a mouse problem and Ed explained the process and got on it and I have not seen signs of this rodents since he left. Smaller company but don’t let that fool you. THEY ATE GOOD !!!! You can call the big name national guys but I’m an independent businessman and want to deal with the same. That’s Ed. Don’t waste time and money on a big national name when you can get a serious pro locally in the DFW METROPLEX with BUG IT !!! Ask for ED and tell them Nathan Myers told you to call !!!! They responded very quickly, described everything found during an inspection,. They gave me all the options I could choose from and gave examples from previous customers (without any kind of identifying information) on each type of protection. It was a bit expensive, but not out of line with other quotes. The raccoon left that evening and was not able to return. Very happy with the quick response and successful removal. They followed up as promised.
