We started with a simple project to remove stairs that were in our kitchen that led to a den which we were now making a closet and moving the entrance to our master bath. That led to us redoing the master bath, the bedroom, the kitchen, the closet, etc. Every time we added on, it was not an issue. Excellent work! Steve is a stickler for perfection and won't leave the job until all the details meet his high standards. I own a old house so the floors were far from level, however Steve navigated through this perfectly and the floors look great. We took down an interior wall and needed the transition flooring replaced. Obviously you also need to match the sheen to the rest of the floor. Out of 6 contractors, Dee was the ONLY one to offer options that saved us money without sacrificing quality. He looked at the rest of the floors and told me that sanding them would be a waste of money and that they only needed a buff and coat. This saved us close to $1,000 and the work looks fantastic! They were on time, reliable, and courteous. I will recommend Dee to anyone who asks for a referral. Thank you for helping us remodel our home!
