Rahat Construction Corp.This was the second time we have worked with Kazi and his wonderful team at Rahat Construction. Last summer, right before our first child was born, they repointed the 120-year-old foundation in our basement and painted and sealed the whole thing so it would be clean and bright when we started doing lots of extra laundry for the baby. That project went great, and this one did too. This time, they cleaned up and repainted the iron fencing and window guards in the front of our house and built a set of lovely and very sturdy railings and banisters for our back deck. Kazi is just a delight to work with. He's easy to communicate with, punctual, thoughtful about his approach to every detail of the job, and unlike many contractors, constantly around to make sure that the work is being done to his customers' satisfaction. We're really looking forward to working with him again in the near future.- Aaron J.

Jan Fence IncJan Fence rep came promptly to give an estimate, which was actually the best of three estimates. They had pretty awesome recommendations and were busy so we scheduled with them, put down a 1/3 deposit, and were very happy with the work they did. The crew was very conscientious removing the old fence and didn't make a mess, then installed the new fence in basically a day with a quick stop the following day to install the gate and post caps. 165 feet of fence installed with removal of the old for about $7,300 was a good price--especially considering they careful way it was done. I would recommend them to anyone.- Gregory W.

They’d been working with us for over 2 years now. They are friendly, fast and always on point. This company is straightforward and very knowledgeable. They take their time to explain their process according to your situation. And their prices are great! Very reasonable, according to their quality work. We needed to do a complete makeover to our front and back yard patios at our new home. We didn’t have much knowledge of what type of work we needed. Randy Handy took their time to explain to us the type of plants, shrubs and grass we needed, according to the type of sun exposure and size of patio at our home. They took specific measurements of our yard and the perimeter of our home. We also had vinyl fencing installed. And a variety of handyman work. AQF was an excellent choice. We worked with Tom who made sure we had a fence that met the code requirements for a yard with a pool. The fence was installed well and quickly even with some odd bump out requests we made to accommodate our swing set. Years after the original installation we had a little incident with a teenage driver who managed to damage a section of the fence. I was capable of making repairs but needed some replacement parts. The lead time from the manufacturer was 10 to 12 weeks due to COVID-19 delays. Chris took the time and worked with me to find parts in their yard looking through their surplus stock and finally found the parts I needed to make the repairs.
