There can not be enough words to describe how professional James Baumann was. From the initial phone call to talking with him in person he really broke everything down in a very easy to understand terminology. He was extremely considerate of our family being in the home and of our personal belongs if he had to go into any rooms. He is a personable, honest and considerate person. The time frame, within 24 hours after the inspection, that he gave for us to receive the home inspection results was met and also vastly faster than I was expecting even the quoted time frame to be. It was a wonderful, not stressful, and above and beyond professionalism experience.
