Molloy RoofingExcellent. After 1st call, I was a told approximate date work would be done. The schedule was okay because the only issue was a cosmetic one because at that point the only issue was the large section of gutter hanging away from the roof. 2 or 3 weeks later, I called back to report water was now coming into my basement, so repairman came the following morning. Within a couple of hours he had re-secured and repaired the gutters, including repositioning gutter screens and removing all debris. He also informally walked me through an evaluation of my roof and gutters, and projected when I might consider replacement. (And, no, he did not say they needed to be replaced now. He also showed me how to detect changes that would indicate the shingles were beginning to need replacement.)- Steven M.

Took time to discuss my concerns about best material for type of debris we experience. Requoted with a material and design better suited. Performed the gutter guard installation when promised and pointed out some economical roof maintenance items that could be repaired in the same visit. Justin was excellent to work with, true to his word. Left the job site fully cleaned up and better than when he started. Total House WashVery pleased with Total House Wash. Duane Napier, a very friendly person, came over to check the house and provided a very reasonable quote right away. Most of the communication was through text and responses were prompt to set up the time for cleaning the gutters. The gutter cleaning crew was amazing, friendly young men and they knew what they were doing. Although there was not much in the gutters to clean but the downspouts were all clogged. They cleared all of them very quickly and ran water through them to ensure all were cleaned. Since total time spent to clean the gutters was short, they did not charge me full quoted price. It was almost 1/4th of the quote I had to pay and I very much appreciate that. Thanks for the good work!- Atta M.

After doing some research for gutter guards, I decided to call Cincinnati Gutter & Roof Protection. John came out and gave an estimate for the guards and as soon as an opening became available, the guards were installed. The young man who installed the guards was very nice. A few weeks after the installation, I called John with a concern about how the the gutter was sitting and he came as soon as he was available and fixed the issue. He even did some additional maintenance/repair on the soffit. I would recommend when looking for gutter work, that Cincinnati Gutter & Roof Protection be considered.

Couldn’t have gone better. Chris and his team were very responsive, clear about the work to be done, when it would be done and transparent about all details and expectations before the work began. I couldn’t even get some companies to call me back about a quote, meanwhile Chris was immediately responsive and even made an extra trip out to the house just to drop off a paint swatch booklet so we could think about our options. I will definitely keep this company in mind should I need such services again.

fantastic - from the detail in the proposal to the execution on time on budget. They took the mantle off, removed and took away the old tile, figured out a way to dispense with some of the typical underlayment in order for the new stone hearth to come out flush with the floor, and installed the new tile. There was some basement reinforcement needed due to the workaround and they did that. Did a beautiful job - from carpentry to tile to painting. AND on their way out moved a ceiling light fixture and repaired the ceiling such that it was seamless. I am a fan!
