The one concern is planning the worksite - not all on DT Welding but recommend to have a plan for construction work place / accessibility and location and direction of large equipment.

David Sosa and his family are amazing with communication and completing a project as specified. They did sheet rock repair and painted three areas of our house, and I could not have asked for better results. Greg and Daniel did an excellent job with the installation of our new double pocket doors. From the quote/planning stage, to the wall demolition, the electrical re-routing, the dry walling, and the finishing, they were great. Greg communicated with us the whole way through, and worked that balance between what we envisioned and real-world feasibility. If you are wondering if they are trustworthy, consider this: We hadn't moved into the new house yet, but we gave them our garage door opener for access and everything was fine. We selected Oswaldo and his team because he answered our question sincerely, offered practical advice about how to achieve our goals, and included shower door crafting and countertop manufacturing in his quote. Those last two items allowed us to avoid finding and quoting separate vendors for those key features. His crew did excellent work, cleaned area daily, and were a pleasure to work with. We are so comfortable with them that we left them unsupervised once when we had unplanned events. We heartily recommend them to anyone who wants a 'job-well-done', at a very reasonable price.

I recently hired Robert to install a new range hood and related ducting to the outside of the house. I was initially impressed with Robert's work ethic when he came out to our home to size up the job and present me with a quote. Throughout the entire process, Robert always kept in touch and arrived promptly each day. Because of a piece of granite backsplash, Robert had to furr out the wall above the granite to accommodate the new range hood supporting bracket. This was anything but an easy install. Robert's exacting measurements saved the day, however, for they were right on the money. After the hood was up, Robert proceeded to cut out the openings for the duct work, installed new rigid vent pipes through the ceiling into the attic, installed the roof vent, connected the vent pipes to the roof vent, and built a sheetrock housing for the vent pipe above our cabinet (this included taping, floating and texturing this housing). Again, Robert's measurements and overall skill resulted in a stunning addition to our kitchen. I should note that Robert had to spend a considerable amount of time in our very cramped attic measuring where to cut the holes in our ceiling and roof for the vent pipe. Robert was the consummate professional, however, and never complained about the heat or working conditions in the attic. I strongly recommend Robert for any house projects one may have, for he is skilled in all facets of home construction.

Jose is always running late from the time he says he will be there up to an hour and a half late but when he arrives he is pleasant and he does excellent work always wanting his customers to be happy and satisfied he will make sure of it. He will go the extra mile. I highly recommend him. The job he did for me was painting a storage shed.
