Needed a quick washer/dryer hookup in a new apartment. K1 was Quick to respond to the quote and gave a reasonable price. Followed up with me when I told them I would be ready to hire. My only concern was that the tech didn’t come at the scheduled appointment time as stated by the Square app the company uses. Work was good though.

It was my lucky day when I came across Carolina's Home Repair on a Saturday. By Sunday morning at 6:30 am I had a text message from Jay. He came out the following Tuesday. He would of arrived sooner if not for the rain. I had called several roof companies and even my roof installer for help covering two raccoon holes and a roof leak. Jay showed up and went to work providing pictures and texts through the entire process. I have never experienced a service provider with such quick and prompt service as Jay! We compiled a list of other wood repairs to be done in a week or so. If you are looking for a repair man that returns tests, messages and actually shows up, then call Jay!!!!

Tim was very informative and professional during his inspection. He was able to find many different mistakes/problems with my house so that I could get them fix and up to code. Finally replaced the gutters on our home. The guys did a fantastic job installing the new gutters with the premium gutter guard. Job was completed in a timely fashion and was pleased with the effort made to clean up as they completed each section. Highly recommend and will use them in the future when the roof needs replaced in a few years.
