First, Pam... she is lovely, professional, enthusiastic, realistic, knowledgeable with the best eye for design and details! Her team equally amazing. The show room convenient, the craftsmanship was top tier. We bought a 1988 ranch and decided to update EVERYTHING. Kitchen, bathrooms (all)floors, paint, lightning, carpet, electrical, wall paper, baseboards, demo work, walls moved, doors, you name it we did it, and... so glad that we did. Pam was honest about the project timing, careful with our budget, respected our esthetic but pushed us where it made sense or kept us from making choices we would regret (i.e new floors, new paint, new doors but keeping old baseboards). The showroom is magical and super convenient and efficient for busy professionals. Pam and team were well prepared for selection appointments and did not rush us to make any designs. The paint crew, demo, tile, plumbing became part of our family. Everyone treated our home with respect even when it was a complete project site. I literally cried when painters, Martin and Victor complete their final brush. And we did drive buys on the crews during the project- people where here every day! Her project leads Roland and Vick couldn't be nicer and more committed to perfection. And as we settled into the house, Pam and her team have come back to adjust minor nits. She stands behind their work. And yes, there some delays but all due to COVID and manufacturing. The work is quality. The products are top notch The team is kind. The process was excellent. "I love Quality Construction. Darren and Joe did a master bath and kitchen remodel at our previous residence and all the work was high quality and beautiful! We moved into a new construction in September this year. We had 3 showers demoed and new materials installed. We had a 2,000 sq ft basement finished with 1 bedroom, study, 2 baths, wet bar and a gorgeous living area with a fireplace surround. Darren is professional, timely, clean and very creative. He built a custom staircase that is absolutely stunning. I would never hire any other contractors! There are so many horror stories regarding contractors, but with Darren and Joe at the helm I get beautiful spaces without any worries. Completely trustworthy!"

"I solicited detailed quotes from 3 different contractors and ultimately selected M&B Construction to remodel a former storage room into a fully finished home gym space. Of the 3 quotes I received; M&Bâ s proposal was the most competitive. My project required light demolition, extensive framing, some HVAC, electrical, drywall, paint and flooring. I also needed my project completed within a very tight timeline as I was expecting gym equipment to be delivered shortly thereafter. Travis, Dion and the entire team were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They, and their service providers, wore masks in my home EVERY day during the process. They took great care to protect my floors and walls and treated my home, and my family with great respect. They took the time to answer every question and listen to every concern. Throughout the project and after they finished, they cleaned up the site as if they were never there. The quality of the finished product is outstanding. The fine details like paint and paint lines, trim and stain reflect the work of true craftsmen. â Remodelâ doesnâ t appropriately describe this project. â New Constructionâ is a better descriptor of the look and feel of the finished product. When problems happen (as they always do with projects like this), I found Travis, Dion and their entire team to be incredibly accommodating. They were genuinely concerned with my satisfaction with every detail of this work and went above and beyond to ensure that even the smallest issue was rectified. In fact, when the stain on the expensive doors I purchased wasnâ t right, Travis replaced the doors that I had purchased â on his own dime â to make sure they looked perfect. As with most projects of this nature, my contract included progress payments to M&B for different stages of the project. Early on, I accidentally paid the entire balance of the project, with the vast majority of the work still left to be done â removing any financial leverage I had to ensure the project was completed. Incredibly, Travis, Dion and the entire team worked tirelessly â days, nights and weekends â to complete my project on time and with the highest level of quality. You could choose any number of contractors to get your job done. If you are looking for competitive pricing, delivered by skilled craftsmen who are honest and professional, and who will deliver an amazing product â look no further. "This was a truly amazing experience for my family. We had a new home built and hired Active Design & Build to finish our basement with 2 bedrooms, bathroom game room, living space and awesome bar. From the consultation process with Paul and Jessica through the final finish, Active Design was super hands on with the project with a project manager on site daily. Their designer Jessica was so helpful in helping us bring our vision to life, knowing just where to take some risks and where to stay safe. The communication with the company was outstanding through their own system which allowed us to communicate with each trade and with the project manager or designer directly. This helped ease our mind through the project and knowing where we were. Brandon was our project manager and I cannot say enough good things about him and how he handled this project, he was always so respectful and confident and we knew when he said he would look in to something he was doing it and it would be handled. The timeline for the project was explained and we were able to monitor it through the app and with daily updates from our project manager during the process and we were always kept in the loop throughout. We were given a price for our project and they never asked us for more money. The price was the price. Which was reassuring as you hear many situations where youre quoted a price and it continues to rise and rise throughout the project. My family and myself are thrilled with the finish product of our basement. The final product is even more amazing than we could have expected. This was a big project of 2300+ square feet and we feel like we have the absolute best product which has received so many compliments from friends family and neighbors. I would highly recommend this company for any remodel project big or small. "
