Chicago Bed Bug Treatment

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLY!!!! OMG!!!! BED BUGS !!!!! THEY HAVE SO MANY BED BUGS AND CAN AFFORD TO GIVE YOU MORE!!!! OMG!!!!! OMG!!!!! OMG!!!!! BED BUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One apartment in a building I own had bed bugs. I called Bed Bug Solutions to come out and inspect the apartment to determine which rooms had bed bugs. Linda told me to have the apartment inspected and treated by an exterminator first. Even if her dog found bed bugs in only one room it was possible that the bugs could move to another room a few hours later. An exterminator could immediately treat any rooms where they saw bed bugs and prevent them from spreading. Linda said there was no point paying her for this service since I knew we had bed bugs. I really appreciate Linda's honesty even though it cost her a visit to my building. I've used her before and I think she has integrity.

I talked to Kevin on the phone and they quoted a price that was about $400 cheaper than the other quote I got. Inspector arrived on time and was very polite and professional. Homeowner has to prepare house for bed bug treatement - all closets emptied, beds stripped down and furniture moved away from wall. They then look for bed bugs and spray house twice - one spray kills any bug it contacts and the other is a longer lasting spray that kills bugs that touch it later. I have not seen any bed bugs since they sprayed. I did find some bugs that kind of looked like bed bugs so I called A-Alert. They sent someone by to pick up the bugs to identify them - turned out to be not bed bugs.

Aaron is awesome. We had a small bed bug problem and our landlord hired Dominion to exterminate. He was super knowledgeable, explained his process thoroughly and answered all my questions. Highly, highly recommend!

After having bed bugs once in the past (and having the process be a nightmare when residing in a big apartment building), I was terrified when I had a bunch of bites on my body in a my new apartment a couple months ago. Billy Bed Bugs came very highly recommended and I am so glad I called him. Billy was efficient and thorough in his check. He explained everything to me and explained his methodology in getting rid of bed bugs, which was NOT the same as my last experience. His explanation made more sense and was less traumatic... aka not washing EVERYTHING I owned and packing up my entire life. Luckily, he assured me that I didn't have bed bugs and named that it could be spiders and did a general spray for me. If I did have bed bugs though, I am confident that I would have had a much better experience than I have had in the past with Billy. He was comforting every part of the process, great at communication and passionate about his work. Highly recommend to anyone with a bug issue!

Jesse was great! I'm thrilled I got this done and hope not to see these bugs again! I know its pricy but seeing all the equipment used, and all the time involved, gave me peace of mind! Its very worth the price, and super nice & patient person I dealt with, Jordan.

I have never written a review, anywhere., but Chem-Wise deserves one. Perfect, above and beyond, exceeded expectations -- those words cannot even describe how amazing these people are. I had two units in an apartment building that were infested with bed bugs; the infestation was pretty severe because I had not been notified of the problem until it had spread. They inspected the entire building and treated the units. More than that, they continued to treat the units until everything was exterminated and clear of live activity. This took longer than the average, yet it was never an issue. They were responsive, professional, patient (even with my crazy tenants calling them) and willing to really partner with me to get the problem completely solved. The price was very fair, and never was there an issue with how long or how much they had to do. Never did they send me an additional bill or indicate that this was beyond the scope. Their committment was to resolve the problem with me and that's what they did. I'm sure there are other companies that will do a good job, these guys are the gold standard that can't be touched. I caught bedbugs from a friend's place. While I didn't have a huge infestation, they followed me on a trip to another city and back. Big bummer. Bite Back folks not only helped me accurately identify my bites and the bugs themselves, but helped me do what I could to combat their spread while I was traveling. When I got home, they helped me self-quarantine to stop the spread too, then they promptly came over and treated my house thoroughly in time to make sure my small problem didn't turn into a big one. The entire time I was treated with respect with all the questions bedbugs raise (what do I do about my books and records? Should I worry about one side of the room if they're on the other? What do I tell my roommates?). Without them I assume my landlord would have had to pay a ton for a pesticide service that would have only made the problem worse in the end. Even after I was in the clear, I contacted them to make sure I followed up well to prevent future issues. I highly recommend them--eco-friendly, human oriented, honest and simple work.

I own a six flat which became infested with bed bugs about two years ago. One tenant had them without telling me and they spread to two other apartments. It cost me $2,700.00 to treat the entire building over a four month period even though three apartments did not appear to have bed bugs because I didn't know which apartments they had spread to. My tenant called me two months ago to say she had seen bed bugs again. I had heard about bed bug detection dogs and this time I called Bed Bug Solutions to come out first and find which apartments had bed bugs so I wouldn't have to pay an exterminator to treat the whole building. They came out in a few days and and quot;Shaggyand quot; began inspecting each apartment. He found no bed bugs in any of them including the apartment where my tenant said she had bed bugs. I insisted to the handler that their dog was mistaken. I told her that my tenant had bed bugs previously so she knew what to look for. The handler said that if there were bed bugs Shaggy would have alerted. I was extremely skeptical that my tenant would say she had seen bed bugs and was getting bitten if it weren't true. We took the sheets, pillows and blankets off the bed and lifted up the mattress and box spring and Shaggy inspected everything. (It was a very hot day and I really appreciated the handler helping me with all of this.) Shaggy still did not alert. The handler said she would come out again without charge if we saw bedbugs. I was doubtful but I (reluctantly) paid the bill. I told the tenant to to kill the next bed bug she saw and bring it to me. It has been two months and she hasn't seen any. Shaggy was right. There were no bed bugs. I saved a lot of money by not having to pay for unnecessary treatment. I will definitely use this company again.

Super friendly and understanding, the guy who was sent out was very informative and very understanding. I was in a rush and couldn’t stay due to work and running late. He had took my number and sent me to text when he was finished and ensured he locked up my house. Very trust worthy company. I won’t look any where else for my needs.
