The job went very well. The repairs needed and the costs were clearly explained. He did an excellent job replacing the shower handle. He cleaned up after the job was done. He was friendly and professional. I would definitely hire him again.

They are prompt and responsive, they got the job done. However, their pricing is high. They also would only acknowledge my husband on the account, even though I always made the appointments, met the repair people, and paid them. Whenever I called for another service, they had my husband's name on the account, tied to my phone number. Apparently they do not understand that women can be "primary" on the account. I even complained to their office about this, yet they only would contact my husband to schedule service repair. I guess they only want men as their customer. I will not use them again.

Plumber quickly diagnosed problem but he did not have the part. He left to get part, returning within 20 minutes or so. He had some trouble getting the part installed in the correct orientation (because the faucet assembly was originally installed upside down) but eventually installed it correctly.

Had a leak in the plumbing for my shower on a Saturday, since there was no cutoff for the shower had to turn main water supply off. Dennis came over on Saturday a fixed the issue with professionalism. Reasonably priced to the work that was done. I will be using him again.

Very pleased with Morton Plumbing. Great communication and very courteous staff. I appreciate that they went out of their way to find a replacement part rather than take a quick fix and more expensive approach by just replacing the entire unit!

we have used michaels several diffrent times and always get great service their plumbers are very knowledgeable in what they do , the last time we used them they installed a new tub faucet for us in our master bathroom and updated the 2 handle faucet with a single handle faucet and it looks great and performs alot better than our older faucet did. We will be using them for all of our plumbing problems in future great company

I called Mr. Robin after signing up for Angies List. In our first phone conversation Mr. Robin gave me information about how to get the faucet parts locally or a resource for free parts if I wanted to save some money. I have never talked to a service provider who was so helpful and generous with useful information. I told him I would look into it and get back to him. After receiving free parts from Delta saving about $45 I called Mr. Robin back and set up a time for him to come to complete the repair. The experience was terrific. He was professional, friendly and gave me additional information ( I was interested in the repair process). I felt he was knowledgable and knew his trade very well. He also seemed very honest and trustworthy. Mr. Robin completed the repair and cleaned up in a very short amount of time. I have and will continue to tell friends about him and I plan on using him in the future. He also volunteered information about the discount for first time customers and gave me 15% off of the reasonable charge for the job.
