My hardwood floors were not in the worst shape, so, I was reassured by Mark that the job wouldn't be too difficult. We had all of the hardwood floors and staircase done. The crew was professional and friendly and worked tirelessly to get the job done within two days, in advance of us moving in to our new home.
I went with a darker matte stain and the completed work is beautiful! I recommend their services.

I hired Falcone Landscaping & Construction to extend my yard. This included excavation , building a retaining wall , installing pavers and new fencing . I had several companies come give me quotes and Falcone's pricing was right there with everyone else. The reason why I chose Falcone is because the owner took the time to understand what I wanted and patiently explained to me how everything would work. Once the work started everything went exactly how it was explained and the job came out beautiful. Not only was the owner always professional but so were his employees. One thing happened on the job that I was very surprised by, in a good way, The electrician that was hired for the job was a no show so Louis the owner of Falcone did the electrical work which he didn't even charge me to do . By doing this Falcone not only stayed on schedule but saved me about $700 in the process . I would recommend this company to anyone looking to do any type of home improvements and I personally will 100% use them for my next job.

The railing on my exterior steps was loose and leaning and in bad shape but I need a few more years out of it. So Jake stabilized it and reset some loose bricks. Also refinished /painted the railing and looks great! His larger tasks on my neighbors stairs also looks well done.
