    Mr. Keller was very helpful. He listened to our request and then advised us on the least expensive way to accomplish what we needed. He invited us to send information & photos of the item and got right back to us with his assessment of the sale potential, a ballpark estimate of value, and connected us to an auction business that could sell it for us. He did not charge us for his time at all. We could not be happier—he understood better than we did that we didn’t need full appraisal services and met our needs without charging us (though he certainly could have provided services that were unnecessary for our situation and charged us for them, and we wouldn’t have known the difference). This is the very definition of integrity and trustworthiness! We will absolutely call him again

    Truly exceptional. Found a beautiful and unusual wool carpet for the project that echoed a design in our hallway light fixture. Installers were meticulous. They did an amazing job installing the patterned carpet on the landing. It's almost unnoticeable that they dovetailed the carpet coming from the bottom flight and the top flight. The workers checked with me when they had questions and ensured that there were no surprises. Finished carpet is stunning and adds value to our house, not to mention is much safer than the original, slippery wooden steps

    Just so you’re aware of a few things before choosing this business: 1) when you send your items for auction you will not get your own page/auction on their site. I sent over $20,000 worth of antique furniture (some one-of-a-kind). My items were buried on page 9 of an auction amidst everyday inexpensive items (Old push mowers, bedside toilet, etc) 2) ask for a preview before your items are posted. We sent a cherry entertainment center with our bedroom suite that we paid $8000 for. The top section transported separate from the base. When they listed the item the top was listed separate (of no use to anyone!). A simple action of looking at the original picture I sent, calling me, or asking the young men that picked it up would have prevented that mistake. All that to say, don’t assume anything! If you want a fair price for your items sell them anywhere but here. We received our check today and I was physically ill over my decision to use Christy’s. I would have been better off donating them to Habitat for Humanity and taking the tax write off

    Mr Keller was timely, efficient and extremely knowledgeable. He came to my home and began immediately assessing the items. He gave me time to take notes. Given that the cost of the appraisal was based on the time he spent I very much appreciated his focus on moving quickly, yet deliberately, though the items I had. I suspected that many of the items were of limited value and had hesitated to have them appraised because I didn't want to spend the money and I thought it would be somewhat embarrassing. But the overall cost (230$) was well worth finally knowing how to deal with many of these items and Mr Keller's approach was very professional and approachable. I had one item of artwork that was of uncertain value but Mr Keller gave me information that allows me to further pursue the value. And I had another item of limited value that I really do not want but am unwilling to simply give to away. Mr Keller gave me a contact that might be able to make use of the item. This was a very positive experience

    It was great. The appraiser was Scott Keller. We set an appointment, he came out in my house. He took pictures of the painting. He created a report and sent a report about 4 days later. It had evaluation that had accepted by my insurance company. He did 3 paintings, each painting has story. He also suggested and referred a couple of painting restorers. I needed to get this done quickly so he made out on a Sunday. It was actually a really good job
