Trent and his crew truly surpassed all of my expectations! I had them replace my wood siding with vinyl, install new flooring in my kitchen, laundry room, and all bathrooms, install new toilets and vanities, paint, install new cabinet fronts and hardware and replace and repair my fro teal Beau and steps.. They actually built the cabinet doors (shaker style) to save us money and they are gorgeous! Trent has a sharp eye for detail and doesnâ t miss a detail. His pricing is fair and he got us a quote quickly.
Their work is top notch - but what really sets them apart is the service. Trent stayed in contact with me so I always knew what their plans were. He and his crew are all super friendly - none of them got annoyed or flustered even when I couldnâ t make a decision on a wall color. They were all great with working around 2 adults working from home and a 6 year old in virtual school. My 6 year old has already said he misses them being at the house!
Any time we need any repairs/additions/renovations, Trent and his guys will always be my first call!

It was a pleasure hiring Mr. Estevez to remove a small partition wall separating our dining room from our living room. He did a great job with the removal, patching the hole on the adjoining wall, and painting over it. He was even gracious enough to paint the rest of the wall just to make sure everything matches. If you're looking for an all-around Handyman who is honest, affordable, and does excellent work, look no further than Mr. Estevez.

They responded to my inquiry about gutters extremely fast wrote up an estimate that day! we went over a few options and settled on one, they came out and did the gutters within an hour and a half cleaned up all the mess that they had created the two young gentleman that came out and did the install were extremely professional courteous and helpful I would highly recommend this company to absolutely anyone looking for gutters or anything that they may have to offer for home services 1 will definitely be using them again in the future without a doubt

Summerland Gutters replaced a section of rotten fascia board and installed 6-inch seamless aluminum gutters and 3x4 downspouts on our house. Mr. Gomez provided the estimate and the cost was not considerably more than the 5-inch. The company discussed the various gutter products, options, and the install process. The info helped me to make the best decision concerning the type of gutter system, and fascia board material to use (PVC or wood). I called seven companies and Summerland offered the best price to install the gutters and replace the rotten fascia, with a 1-year workmanship and 10-year gutter warranty.
The crew arrived on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Mr. Gomez stopped by the house after the install to check the work and answered my questions. Kenia, office receptionist, was pleasant, and has a positive and helpful attitude to connect with the customer. She answered my questions, replied to my emails, and scheduled the work. The company is committed to customer's satisfaction, and stand behind their work. The work looks great. I would recommend this company and call them again.

As a home owner who doesn't make any repairs himself and frequently uses contractors, Top Dog Home Pro has been among the best contractors I have used. When it comes to home repairs, it's usually pick two out of three: affordability, quality work, availability. Top Dog Home Pro actually meets all 3. My co-worker referred me, and I actually had one other I had in mind from another co-worker reference, but Top Dog wins it out by the service they provide and the attention to detail. They offered the most comprehensive package at the best price. I couldn't be happier with the new roof I received, and the dealings I had with Top Dog Home Pro. Note that I have a large roof, but they got over 9 people to come work on my roof and got it done in a day. This is much better than a roofer who comes with just one other, and does a rush job. 5 stars all around, I'd give 6 if I could.

I have mixed feelings about this job. The company was extremely patient with the scheduling changes I needed to make because of health issues. However, mode of communication was an issue. Kept calling a cellphone, not in regular use, instead of the landline or the preferred e-mail.
Installation was timely, as we had the ice storm soon after, it was also a one-man job and I was amazed at the job he did. He was very professional always measuring twice and sometimes more than that before cutting anything, as despite all the measurements done, the inside core of the door frame needed to be trimmed for the unit to fit. Not sure if that is why once it warmed up, first one-side and now the other side, is not a tight as when originally installed. The also is now an issue with the interior frame, the mitered seam at the top of the door has separated. Another issue was this door was supposed to share a key with the front door as both were Schlage locks and can be rekeyed. A copy of the key was provided prior to the job. This did not happen, nor did the copy come back the day of the install, had to wait for it to be mailed to me. The company tried to rectify both problems, the loosening and they key issue, but not happy with their solutions, as one requires me to complete the job, the other is aesthetic... lack of symmetry, no longer smooth frames on both sides . I like the product's overall appearance, and would repeat the business to ensure uniformity, but given the price, I did expected better.
Also would not advise using Mosaic, their finance group. I have issues with a company that mails their statement 4-days after the payment is due, even if 12-months same as cash.
