My patio sliding door and threshold ( original from 1965) are 'fubar', nowhere can I easily find replacement parts... Ken was able to make improvements and now the door is functional. He worked very hard to overcome unexpected obstacles and I have saved from having to by a whole new door package. I would gladly call to have him work on other projects.
