We met with Kevin
He quoted a price and we thought he was the first company to give us a realistic quote.
Other companies came out and turned this project into a major job in the $1,000's.
He and another guy came
out,worked timely and we were very satisfied.
We had 3 very different quotes from 3 drywall people. . Do not say yes till you let kevin give you a no-nonsense quote!

In my opinion and I have been involved in over 20 business and residential properties transactions Roger and his guys are the best in the business they have a knowledge of good craftsmanship and best prices and they will be in and out of your home in the time they say they will I thought I had a mind for what a room or area should look like but I was wrong let two guys home improvement open your mind to something different

After a night of heavy rains I woke up to a leak in my den ceiling. My roof is 20 years old and has a very high pitch (12/12 pitch). I didn't know who to call so I queried the Next Door app and found Terry from Dynamic Construction Co.
Terry arrived approx 2 hrs later and quoted me a very reasonable price. I was expecting that he was going to try to up sell me a new roof for 20k, but I was pleasantly surprised when he told me my roof was in great shape and that all I needed was a 10.00 rubber boot to replace the deteriorated boot on my bathroom vent. I highly recommend Terry from Dynamic Construction located at 54588 Horizon Dr in Shelby Twp. He was prompt, polite and very reasonable.
